Grow every client account, and show them how.
Nupact checks every client account each day for what's slipping and what's ready to scale. Your client sees what changed and why, under your brand.
Agency growth keeps running into the same three limits.
Nobody can check every client account every day.
Each new client adds another morning round, and drift on a small account goes unnoticed until the client calls.
Clients ask what their money actually did.
Explaining why the numbers moved takes a senior person's time, every week and every month.
Senior buyers doing mechanical work.
Bids, budgets, pacing, reports and the follow-ups from client calls take the hours that should go to strategy and new business.
Set how far it goes,
client by client.
A new client starts on alerts only. A long-standing one runs its budgets on its own. Your buyers approve the rest in one queue, in Nupact or in Slack.
| Client | Budgets | Bids | Creatives | New campaigns |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Casa Lumeclient since 2023 | Autonomous | Autonomous | Approve | Approve |
| Outdoor Brandclient since 2025 | Approve | Approve | Approve | Approve |
| Ferro Bikesonboarded 3 weeks ago | Alert only | Alert only | Alert only | Approve |
Limits that hold for every client
Budget changes over 20% in a week need sign-off.
No bid or budget edits during learning, except to stop a problem.
Every change can be rolled back to its previous settings in one click.
It works the way your agency already works.
Your playbook, on every client
Write your rules once. Every proposal follows them.
It knows each client
Goals, margins and what was said on the last call, never mixed between clients.
Approve from Slack
Fixes arrive in your team's channel for each client, with the evidence.
Say it once
“Every Monday, send me what needs attention across all clients.”
QBR ready before the meeting
Your template and logo, with the reason behind every change.
Win the pitch with their numbers
Connect a prospect's account read-only and walk in with the audit.
- Brand: impression share above 90%, max CPC €2
- No budget moves in the last 3 days of the month

Nothing agreed on a call gets lost.
Nupact reads the client calls you choose, picks out what was agreed, and drafts the campaign or change into your approval queue. Drafts from calls always wait for a person.

Works with our notetaker on Google Meet and Teams, under your brand, or with Granola and any meeting tool that has an MCP connector.
Your brand on the report. Your team on every judgement call.
Ask for a dashboard and it's built, live or as a snapshot for the monthly. Share it under your logo. Your client gets instant answers to simple questions. Anything that needs judgement goes to your team first.
How many orders came from Meta last week?
86 orders from Meta in week 42, 11 fewer than in week 41.
Why did cost per order jump in week 42?
Two causes: a competitor started bidding on the brand on 10 Oct (brand CPC +41%), and the rain-jacket ads on Meta wore out.
We raised the brand bids on 13 Oct to keep those sales, and new rain-jacket ads went live on 16 Oct. Expect cost per order back near €29 next week.
Tell the client where the next euro goes, and prove it.
Nupact runs the tests that show what the ads actually caused. The channel with room to grow is often the one the reports undersell. Where you also have the shop or CRM data, it reconciles the numbers too.
Every change has a reason you can forward.
Why the numbers moved, drafted before the call. Every change states what it should do and when it will be checked, then logs what it actually did.
Try it on three clients for four weeks.
Pick the accounts and start read-only. Grant edit access when you're ready for changes to go live. At the end we show you what it caught that your team would have missed, and the hours it gave back.
Questions agencies ask
Will my clients see Nupact?
Only if you want them to. Dashboards carry your logo, and clients log in to their own account only. They can ask simple questions directly; anything that needs judgement is drafted for your team first.
Why not just use ChatGPT or Claude?
You can build parts of this with scripts and a chatbot on a schedule. What's hard to build is consistency. Nupact finds anomalies with a deep-learning model built for ad data, and diagnoses each one with the same hypothesis tree, so every account gets the same checks in the same order, every day. The language model explains the result. It never decides which checks to run.
Isn't this the platform's own recommendations?
No. Google and Meta each see only themselves, and recommend what grows spend with them. Nupact has no media to sell. It sets the targets and budgets the platforms' bidding works towards, using your client's margins and test results.
Can we start with just the ad accounts?
Yes. The daily checks, fixes and per-client autonomy need only the ad accounts, with edit access once you want changes to go live. Calls, Slack, and GA4, shop or CRM data add to it where you have them.
What happens to recorded client calls?
Our notetaker joins only the Google Meet or Teams calls you pick, and introduces itself. Audio is deleted once it's transcribed. Transcripts are encrypted, stored in the EU and never used to train AI models.
Is client data kept apart?
Yes. Each client's ad-account data is stored in the EU, kept separate and used only for that client. Our AI model providers never train on it.
Is this another alert inbox?
No. Each morning your buyers get a short list ranked by what's at stake, every item with its fix ready. It learns your team's preferences for each client.
How is it priced?
Per client, not per ad account, so the cost follows the clients you win. We'll go through it on the demo.
